I remember the begining of my weight lifting journey, I was 14 and my competitive body building friends took me into the gym. I remember chest pressing 10 KGs!!

Throughout my journey my body has taken many ups and downs, hitting an all time low in 2012, that's when I made the decision to become shredded! I followed through with precision and great dedication.
The first month of MAD is the exact same workout I used to build my 6pack I had been dreaming of for years!
M-A-D is not only a workout program and diet, it is also a style of training, a mindset that represents unfailing dedication and an animalistic determination to achieve what you set out to do.
M-A-D is about training insane to reach abnormal goals naturally and without the use of steroids.
Although I've always been a relatively skinny guy I never ever had a 6pack until I followed this workout. I lost my abs at one stage, so I followed the exact same program and managed to bring them back.
I recommend this program for anyone who has the desire for absolutely chiseled 6pack abs. MAD is designed to push your body to heights that the limiting mind can stop you from reaching.
